Holders of Status Sber Private Banking, New Sber Private Banking, SberFirst or New SberFirst packages may bring an unlimited number of guests.
The number of guests of a New SberPremier package holder depends on the total number of available visits. A guest’s lounge visit factors into the total number of visits of the New SberPremier package holder.
At the same time, each lounge has its own rules.
For Sber lounges
Clients with Status Sber Private Banking have unlimited using the Consierge Service. When you enter the lounge using a QR code, an SMS code, or biometrics - if you have two or more guests with you, the system sends a text message code that needs to be told to the employee. And then — you pass without restrictions.
Customers with the privileges of New Sber Private Banking, New Sber First or Sber First package can bring one adult guest with them in one visit.
Children under the age of 18 are not counted, they pass without restrictions.
Guests can visit lounges when accompanying a package holder.
There is no need to announce this in advance.
A lounge attendant will check the package holder’s boarding pass.
When signing up, enter your first name and the first two letters of your last name (in Latin, as they appear in your international passport). They can be used to verify your information against your boarding pass. You have a total of three input attempts. If you exceed the attempt limit, contact your personal banker.
