Holders of Sber Private Banking, SberFirst (archive) or SberFirst Level 4 and 5 packages may bring an unlimited number of guests.
The number of guests of a SberPremier Level 2 and 3 packages holder depends on the total number of available visits. An accompanying guest's entry into the business lounge counts towards the total number of visits.
Each business lounge sets its own rules.
For Sber lounges
Clients of Sber Private Banking, with SberFirst Levels 4 and 5 or SberFirst (archive), can bring one guest and children under 18 without restrictions per visit.
The number of guests for clients with Sber Private Banking status can be increased using concierge services. For entry into the business lounge, you and your guests must have boarding passes.
Guests can visit lounges only when accompanying a package holder.
There is no need to announce this in advance.
A lounge attendant will check the package holder’s boarding pass.
During registration, you must enter your first and last name using Latin characters (as shown in your passport). The provided first and last name may be used to verify the information on your boarding pass. The number of entry attempts is limited to one. If all attempts are used, please contact your bank’s personal manager.
